Ordered an item two separate times on their website only to be told that item was backordered and the orders were cancelled. Noticed that the website showed the item in stock months later so I reordered AGAIN.

I was provided an order and a hold was placed on my account for the incorrect amount of the order. Of course I called customer service and was told that they could not locate my order in their system! How could this be when I have an order number and a hold was placed on my account???? After speaking with a Supervisor I was told that the hold should drop off in 5 business and I could reorder the item.

What poor customer service.

I have never seen, heard, or have been told about a company losing someone's order after it was clearly placed and then brushing the customer off by telling them to wait for their funds to clear and reorder the item. I have posted on every site that I have found and wont stop until everyone is aware of the risk that they are taking by ordering from Eddie Bauer.
