Bought two items online, got charged for both. Received one item and on the receipt it says second item would be shipped separately.

3 more days and nothing delivered. Called online, first customer rep says they are waiting on payment or credit charge. I said , no way this was paid with paypall and already billed or otherwise you wouldn't have shipped anything. Now she says I need to talk to another customer rep so they explain to me why the second order hasn't been shipped....

she does not see anything on the system on why it hasn't shipped. I log online , make an account and my order number dosnt show up.

So far 40 minutes waiting for a second customer rep.

Dont buy from them online- I only did this because my wife wanted a specific gift from their website. Better buy on amazon.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
