Just had a poor experience with Eddie Bauer. I wanted to exchange an item by return post but when I found out how long the process would take (they suggested I order a new item online and pay again to ensure I had it by the required date) I decided to ask for a refund instead.
They are now telling me they can't guarantee I won't be sent an exchange. I asked for a refund before they had received my returned item.
Very unhappy but numerous emails to customer service have not provided a satisfactory response. I won't be shopping online with them again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
