I sent back an item several weeks ago and Eddie Bauer customer service cannot even find a record that it was received. Seriously?
Customer Service told me not to get too worried until it has been a month!
I think I'm going to have to discontinue using their online store. They are tying up my money too long if I have to do a return.
I've been sending back a large number of the clothing items I have purchased from EB lately and as far as outdoor gear goes, I can shop LL Bean and get a lot better service.
Reason of review: Return Processing.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Eddie Bauer Pros: Jeans, Duffel bags.
Eddie Bauer Cons: Slow refund processing, Return turn-around time unacceptable.
