Called EB at least four times to follow-up on a package that was returned over a month ago. They had no further information than to say it’s been received.
The two seem to have an archaic system not using email to confirm any type of status...very behind the times. We are just approaching holiday season, if this is hiw they operate in early October, I will do business again! Hold times are over 40 minutes long with absolutely no other way to communicate. I’d i don’t get through to them today, I’ll be disputing the charge.
