I placed an order online. When I traced the order it showed it was shipped 8 days ago.
I called because there was no information on the order. The customer service rep and the manager were both rude and nasty. I finally received the order and sent it back. It is now 3 weeks and I still do not have my money returned to my credit card.
I just called and was told it would take an additional 2 weeks to get money back. WOW are they that in need of my money.
NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN and RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE TOO. Go to other stores, you don't have this problem.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
