Plenty of locations in Canada. If you happen to order the same item online they ship it from the USA charging YOU the customs, duty and import fees. There is no free trade as the cloths are made in third world countries.

Eddie Bauer passes on the cost to you the customer. I do like the products however the stores have very limited inventory. Often they will only get one Tall or XL size.

Read the fine print...."For Canadian billing addresses: Orders will be sent through our partner Borderfree. You will see your final order total in Canadian dollars including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges "

If you need to return something, they will refund all less return handling fees for customs and brokerage. SHIPPING is also not covered.

If you return to a store in Canada you give up the duty also. They should pay you for saving them the import charges and reselling the item in the stores locally.
