2 pieces of luggage both used less than 20 times are unusable. A rain coat that was worn probably 25 times and the lining comes off on my clothes.
Took them to the store, offered a total of $20 on a store credit. Emailed the company as to my experience. No response. Buyer beware.
They are becoming the JC Penney of outdoors retailers. The funniest part was when I entered a different store to inquire to there “guarantee”. He said you mean like Patagonia or LL Bean....openly laughed and said-no that’s not us.
I emailed them as instructed by the customer service manager on the phone. I received the automated response that we received your email and nothing else.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
