Placed an order 15 min ago and realized I ordered the wrong size. Promptly contacted Eddie Bauer customer service to learn that they couldnt change the size on my order but also could not cancel my order.

This is a Horrible Corporate policy as you are forcing the consumer to make 2 purchases so you can sit on those float $ until you receive the merchandise back. This is a scam process in the hopes that the consumer doesnt return the unwanted item.

We will NEVER shop this store again as weve been faithful to them for years. Probably why we can see them goung out of business soon anyway with the little presence they have in our town these days.

Reason of review: order problem.

Monetary Loss: $55.
