I sent back an item on Dec. 23rd.
It is now January 19th and the Customer Service Rep is explaining to me why they have not "received it yet" because it has not been "14 business days". In fact, i'm told it can take even 21 days. I mailed 2 boxes at the same post office - the other box to a different has long been credited to my card. I even used EB own return mail slip.
Is Edie Bauer making money off the returned item or are they just so slow and disorganized?
Whatever, I'm done doing business with a store that has a huge online presence and cannot apparent get it together. They need to see how Nordstroms runs their business.
