Placed an order with a $210 eGift Card last November. Order total was $105.xx after discounts and taxes. The checkout page clearly showed the gift card balance of $100 some dollars.
Fast forward a week. Tried to place another order and the e gift card showed $0 balance. Confused I called customer service and they say that the gift card only had the amount that was on the order.
Really? I had the exact amount on the gift card as the order total (including tax), right down to the cents? "Sorry we can't help you."
Furthermore I returned an item and received a store credit certificate as refund. Fine. But it was only half of the returned item's original paid price. After multiple calls spanning over a month, I am finally getting this remaining amount reissued; supposed to receive in 10-14 business days.
But I am still out over $100. Never again!
