I placed an exchange by phone. They sent my order to an address that is not mine, and when I saw the confirmation email I called and they said "too late." They suggested I call back the next day (another long hold) and said they could not stop the shipment.
I got charged, never received the item, and had to call a third time to take care of it. I also sent two emails via their website about the issue and neither one was answered. They sent an email offering a shopping assistant who also did not answer that email either. When I asked customer service why they sent the package to an email that is not listed under my profile, they said the online profile has nothing to do with their ordering.
So why have us fill it out? Overall, the customer service was very poor.
