I used to love Eddie Bauer clothing and their customer service was great. Over the past holiday season I placed an order, and had it cancelled out three times.

I called to inquire, they ordered the item again at a discount, then they put through the original order that had been cancelled. I was assured over and over that I would be charged once and receive one item. Instead I was charged twice and received the same item twice. Customer service was beyond rude, I refuse to shop there again anytime soon.

What happened to the great customer service and the 100% satisfaction guarantee? I think it has flown out the window and I doubt it will return before this company goes under.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
