I just order a parka on line for my granddaugter and acidentally hit the wrong button for size and 5 minutes after the order went in, I called customer service to change the size or cancel the order and they absolutely would not do this. She stated that she can not change anything that doesn't come up on her screen and when it does come up, it will already have shipped.

Say What??? I would need to return and reorder or I can order (and pay) for a second item and wait for a refund when I return the first. Yea right!!

This is ridicules and is also the last time I shop at Eddie Bauer.

eddie bauer customer srvc is ridiculously bad. the case above is pathetic and i hope the customer didnt lose $ trying to buy a family gift. how has this company survived?
